great birthoutcomes 08

I would like to thank all my wonderfull moms, dads and their families for trusting me to be with them, and guide them through their amazing birth experiences over 2008. I am very pleased to announce that none of my clients needed a cesarian birth, no instumental births, very little painmedication and we had not one but two amazing vbac;s ( vaginal births after a previous cesarian birth). Thank you all and have a safe healthy and happy new start in 2009.

triple baby cast

This wonderful cast was done from baby: Skye Phoenix Arsenault. We casted his cute little behind snoozing on moms belly after a wonderful feeding with mommies liquid gold. The moldtaking of the hand and foot was also no problem for this little guy. Interested in a cast like this of your newborn call lidia for a quote and appointment. Lidia 506-576-8817

Super simple banana bread recipe

I am a great cook but my baking skills could be better. Here a super simple banana bread
recipe I was even able to make a few times without screwing up. The biggest trick is to put an oven thermometer in the oven and adjust the temp for whatever the recipe is calling for. Older ovens sometimes get more hot then you want them too .You could replace the flax seed for one egg and add nuts; but flax is healthier and no nuts is safer for smaller kids for allergies and school kids.

preheat oven 350f

3 large or 4 sm ripe organic / Superstore
1/3 cup melted organic butter / Superstore
1/2 tsp organic vanilla / Sequoia
3/4 cup organic sugar / dif places
1 tsp organic baking soda / Sequioa
pinch seasalt / dif places
1 1/2 cup organic unbl. flour / dif places
1 tbsp ground flax seed / Sequioa

Mash the bananas, add butter, vanilla mix and add all other ingredients, blend well with wooden spoon and put in greased loaf pan or small spring form. Bake for 55 min. If it gets brown too fast cover with alu foil. Enjoy.
